COUNCIL VOTES ON QUESTIONS OF RETURNING WARD ELECTIONS—There were a number of votes associated with the many presentations I made to council. Some were as simple at to whether I could “present” to council. All of the important votes that involved real concrete steps to return ward elections had the same voting blocks as the above votes. Those voting against ward elections voted to put the question on the ballot which was really just to postpone accountable elections and insure the 8 incumbents another virtually guaranteed term of council to give us 4 more years of the same as we’ve had over the last 4 yeae term.
